“FINIUM 1.0” - An Intra University Finance Olympiad by UIU Finance Forum

“Finium 1.0” an Intra University Finance Olympiad is an initiative of UIU Finance Forum, a wing of UIU Career Counseling Centre. This purpose to make young learners of United International University getting familiar with the need and art of managing money. We intend to promote financial literacy for the students of UIU by creating this Intra University Finance Olympiad.

The objective of this program is to build a career consciousness among the students. This competition will provide the participants with an excellent opportunity to showcase or develop their skills and gain recognition. This competition will also help to get a more efficient vision about the applications of Finance. We do hope that students will get a vivid picture of career opportunities in the financial sector as well.

PRIZE POOL:

Champion -- 3,000 BDT + Certificate
1st Runner UP -- 2,000 BDT + Certificate
2nd runner UP -- 1,000 BDT + Certificate

• The top 10 participants will get finalist certificates.
• The top 3 participants will go directly to the 2nd Round of Inter-University Finance Olympiad 2021
• Top 10 participants won’t have to pay the registration fee in Inter-University Round.

ROUNDS:

 Round 01 - Online Quiz (MCQ)---- (09th February 2021)

 Final Round - (Case Solving & Presentation) -- (12th February 2021) – Top 10 participants will be considered eligible for the final round.

 Winner Announcement - Top 3 participants will be considered as the winner, 1st runners-up, and 2nd runners-up.

 Venue – Whole Programs will be conducted Online

GUIDELINES:

1. This an Individual competition.
2. The registration fee is non-refundable.
3. Participants will pay through the ‘Send Money’ option of Bkash and the transaction ID has to be mention in the google form.
4. Input your name and other details correctly.
5. Only Undergraduate students of United International University from ANY SEMESTER can participate in the competition.
6. Participants have to turn on their camera while giving the quiz. If they don’t turn on their camera, they will be disqualified.
7. Participants have to keep sufficient mobile data to avoid WIFI disruption
8. Without registration and registration fee, nobody will get the chance to participate in this competition.
9. Any unfair attempt or miss behavior will be the reason for disqualification.
