In line with this desire for financial competency, we, the team at FINANCE FORUM of UIU, are pleased to announce the arrangement of an intra-varsity financial competition called "FOCUS 15" on December 3rd.
Let's take a look at what "FOCUS -15" has in store for us. This exclusive program is designed to test students' skills in financial reasoning. The main idea behind this program is to challenge participants to identify the critical financial reasons why a company's financial performance has deviated from expectations.
The acronym "F O C U S" represents the challenge that awaits, daring students to "FIND IF YOU CAN". The program includes a quiz, two sets of cases, and a presentation, with proper training in critical reasoning provided to all participants. Students may also need to analyze financial statements to solve the cases.
